1. General Information

This workshop and related materials are provided by Gearhead Garage Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By registering for or attending the 4 Secrets Workshop (the “Workshop”) and/or purchasing additional products or services, you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Educational Purpose Only

The Workshop, templates, worksheets, and any supplemental materials are intended for educational and informational purposes only. They are not intended as professional mechanical, financial, or legal advice. Results may vary depending on your vehicle, skill level, budget, and other factors. You are solely responsible for any actions you take based on the information provided.

3. No Guarantees

While our goal is to help you save time, avoid costly mistakes, and enjoy your classic car sooner, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Your results will depend on your individual effort, application of the material, and external factors beyond our control (including but not limited to: condition of your vehicle, availability of parts, quality of third-party mechanics/shops, and budget).

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Workshop registration fees and product purchases are due in full at checkout.

  • Satisfaction Guaranteed. If you are not 100% delighted with the workshop just request a refund via email info@gearheadgarage.net and your workshop payment will be refunded within 7-14 business days.

  • For premium services such as the Classic Car Custom Build Plan, payments are also non-refundable once work has begun, as each plan requires significant time and customization.

5. Intellectual Property

All Workshop content, including slides, videos, templates, worksheets, and written materials, are protected by copyright and remain the property of Gearhead Garage Inc. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own project only. You may not share, sell, copy, distribute, or repurpose this content for commercial use without prior written consent.

6. Participant Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the information responsibly and safely.

  • Ensure proper safety precautions when working on your vehicle.

  • Seek qualified professional help when necessary (e.g., welding, electrical, structural repairs, etc.).

  • Acknowledge that working on vehicles carries inherent risks, and you assume all responsibility for your own actions and safety.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gearhead Garage Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Workshop, use of our materials, or implementation of any strategies discussed.

8. Privacy Policy

By registering, you agree that we may collect and store your name, email, and other information necessary to deliver Workshop access and communications. We will never sell or share your information with third parties without your consent.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Introductory pricing is temporary and subject to change. Purchasing at a lower rate does not entitle you to future discounts or refunds if the price increases.
