Terms and Conditions – Custom Build Plans
1. Scope of Service
The Custom Build Plan is a consulting service designed for upgrading American classic cars built primarily between 1950–1990. Recommendations are focused on major components only, such as:
Engines (e.g., LS engine swaps)
Transmissions
Wiring harnesses
Brake kits
Interiors
Air Conditioning
Suspension
Exhaust
Paint & Body
Etc
The plan does not include recommendations for minor parts (e.g., nuts, bolts, some hoses, certain wiring, bezels).
2. Deliverables
Each Build Plan includes:
A curated list of major recommended parts
An order of installation strategy to guide integration
Not included in the service:
Installation of parts
Warranties for parts
Guaranteed pricing for parts (prices are set by independent vendors)
A detailed or complete parts breakdown of every single component required
Most Build Plans are delivered within 30 days of purchase. Delivery timelines may vary depending on project complexity and client availability/cooperation.
3. Limitations and Disclaimers
No control over vendors: Gearhead Garage Inc and Jason Walroth are not responsible for parts pricing, as these are determined by third-party vendors.
No responsibility for faulty parts: Gearhead Garage Inc and Jason Walroth are not liable for problems caused by defective or malfunctioning parts.
No responsibility for installation issues: Gearhead Garage Inc and Jason Walroth are not liable for problems arising from the installation or use of any recommended parts.
4. Client Fit
This consulting service is intended for clients who will benefit most from Jason Walroth’s specific expertise, which lies predominantly in American classic cars built between 1955–1990. Additional criteria may apply to determine whether a project is a good fit for the Build Plan service. Should it be determined project is not a good fit, client will be refunded for Custom Build Plan service.
